• All prices include 11% Florida Resort Taxes
• A deposit of £150 /$230 is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival date
• A refundable security deposit of £150 / $230 is payable with the balance payment
• Payment Methods Accepted:
  UK sterling cheque / US Dollar Check
  Credit / Debit Card via PayPal - all major currencies accepted (additional 2% charge)

Additional Charges

• Pool/Spa heating per Week: £90 / $145
• Welcome Pack (selection of groceries and household essentials): £30 / $55
• Mid stay clean or daily maid service – please ask for quote
• For stays five nights or less an end of stay clean is charged at £50 / $85
• BBQ & Sports equipment – please ask for details when you arrive
